i feel like i've gained like 15lbs in the last week... i rode my bike to the corner store a few hours ago and was a bit winded 
once summer comes around i usually slim way down and i can make it halfway across town before feeling any sort of fatigue, and even then, it's not even close to enough to warrant taking a rest...
i also need to learn how to take a freaking break and enjoy the ride :lol: i always end up reafing on the cranks to get there as fast as i can.
That's why i don't like walking... too slow! annnnnd doc says i've got teh shin splints :/ so low impact (LOL, hardly...
) is good.

you can conquer shin spints... start running barefoot... practice striking with your forefoot and keeping your back straight, kicking your legs in a snapping motion into your butt... itll feel weird, but you wont get hurt.
