i'm gonna plan out a route to ride right now... any ideas on length?

A short ride in the morning to get your metabolism going and one at night to rev it up before sleeping. 2-5 miles should be fine... doing that everyday, these miles add up. See if you can incorporate a couple steep/long climbs into the routine and reward yourself with the downhill on the way back. I heard someone say this online somewhere: "The endorphines from hard climbs build me up and the adrenaline from the fast descents keep me coming back for more."

evening route planned, i used to ride this general route every so often... steep hills! 5.3 miles
morning route to be planned now...

awesome... honestly MOST, like 80% of my riding is on city streets... I pretend it is a huge trail network though and just kill the urban freeride... then when I DO get on a road bike, it is so much easier, relaxing, and blissful.

heh, there are only a few decent street spots in my town... my favorite of which is usually blocked by a door... that i quietly close and go by anyway peace

The stairset I jump in that is a 12 or 13. I case pretty hard but manage to ride it out, and it happens so fast it is hard to tell... I am working up to barspin it.

ive been training consistently since november
my diet is out of this world and ive been getting pretty ripped (3lb muscle gain so far i beleive). i need to incorporate more cardio (riding) but i simply dont have time for that til may.
ill post before and current pics later

hahaha i actually hace only made three of those...i need to stock up
my goals...hmm i think im going to just go at it. i dont want to become a disgustingly huge body builder whos mass is essentially disabillitating and spends 20+hrs/week at the gym but i do want to become larger and potentiAlly overcome my bodytype. right now i weigh 132 lbs @5'9" so i figure i still have a ways to go.

Especially if you enjoy biking for speed and not just hucking your body off things, being dense and not massive is important- strength is in density, look at Bruce Lee, Gee Atherton, Brandon Semenuk. All are pretty lean built, but extremely strong. I myself am 6' 165 lbs. I don't mind being thin bodied, it has advantages.
